Workin Only in the Kitchen

My cash flow is low nowadays, so when I'm not out trying to earn a buck, I'm cooking up a storm.

Brunch:

Poached Eggs over Scalloped Pan-Fried Potatoes, topped with chives and Hollandaise sauce
